After Hours — Design 3, refined

The Team & rotation design updated with your four changes: a “Preview month view” button opening a read-only calendar (view 2), adding people by pulling technicians from the ServiceTitan API (view 3), per-call-type rotations with a daily / weekly / monthly cadence dropdown, and an AI-facing description on every call type.

1 · Settings page

Header now has both preview buttons. The team card adds people from ServiceTitan (with a manual fallback for office staff who aren't technicians). Call types carry a description the AI uses to classify calls. The rotation card is now scoped per call type — the tabs at its top switch which call type's rotation you're editing, the cadence dropdown offers daily / weekly / monthly (shown open here), and the summary at the bottom shows every call type's rotation at a glance.

No cooling or no heat, refrigerant leaks, burning smells, or grinding noises from the unit — anything where the home is unsafe or uninhabitable tonight. A unit that's merely underperforming can wait until morning.
Archer reads this alongside the call transcript to decide whether a caller qualifies as an HVAC emergency.

2 · “Preview month view” modal

Opened from the header button. Read-only — it renders the rotations, cadences, and overrides into a calendar so the customer can answer “who's got the 15th?” without editing anything. Because rotations differ per call type, the chips at the top switch which call type's calendar you're looking at. Overrides show a dashed outline; hand-off day follows the cadence setting (Mondays here).

3 · “Add from ServiceTitan” modal

Opened from the team card. Archer pulls the technician list live from the customer's connected ServiceTitan account, so name, phone, email, and — critically — the tech ID come in correct with zero typing (today that ID is a hand-typed spreadsheet column). People already on the roster are shown but not re-addable; technicians missing a mobile number are flagged since paging needs one. A manual entry path still exists for non-technicians like the office line.
